Upgrades totalling more than $150,000 will help everyone get where they need to go, particularly those using public transport to access local disability support services.

The safety improvements included the construction of a new pedestrian refuge island in the middle of the road, an upgraded bus shelter, and improved paths leading to the bus stop for wheelchair and pram access.

The works were delivered under a joint investment from Regional Roads Victoria (RRV), Transport for Victoria, Public Transport Victoria and Latrobe City Council.
